Jacquline + Ryan

After I learned about this beautiful property at Crossed Keys Estate in Andover, NJ I couldn’t wait to have the opportunity to photograph here! That day happened September 28, 2018 with Jackie + Ryan as they tied the knot in their magical secret garden. This location was a wedding photographers dream come true! Jackie + Ryan and all of the bridal party were such sports taking lots of photos! I wish you two the happiest life together :) Here are some (a lot) of my favorites from this magical day!

Caitlin + Joe

I loved loved photographing Caitlin + Joe’s wedding at The Grand Colonial in Hampton, NJ. I have attended many events there (and was even in a wedding once as a bridesmaid), but this was my first time photographing there! I met Caitlin a few years back and we instantly became friends. She is without a doubt the sweetest most genuine human being. After meeting Joe and seeing them together, you can tell this is a forever love! And if you know Caitlin - you know she will have her dog, Miss Delilah in the bridal party! Anytime I get to photograph pups in a wedding is a good day in my book ;) It was a beautiful summer day and I just loved the overall feel and colors of their wedding! Everything matched so well and the bridal party, family and friends were just a complete joy to be around! Here are some of my favorite memories from August 25, 2018 :)

Photography - You & Me Studios

Venue - The Farmhouse at The Grand Colonial

Dress - Grace Loves Lace

Shoes - Enzo Angiolini

Florist - Thistle Bee Florist

Cake/Desserts - Palermos Bakery

Favors - Popcorn Bistro

Catherine + Dan

Hidden back in the outskirts of historic Hackettstown, Catherine & Dan, along with their family and friends, gathered at Rutherford Hall for their special day! I absolutely love getting the opportunity to photograph at different venues and this one was to die for! The architecture was beautiful and the tree lines were amazing! Enjoy some of my favorite moments from June 2, 2018!

Dawn + Greg

I love photographing at Lake Hopatcong Golf Club. They have an amazing property and so many places for photos! Some may say a rainy day really stinks for a wedding day, but I disagree. The fog that crept up on us made for some really romantic images--may favorite kind! I also have a soft spot for images with clear umbrellas and the rain did not stop us from getting all the images in we wanted even the family formals. We took them on the top of Miss Lotta with the string lights in the background. Absolutely stunning! A small intimate wedding was just what Miss Lotta called for :)

Dena + Chucky

My FIRST destination wedding! This wedding was beautiful and extra special to me! I not only got to attend my little cousin's wedding -- but photograph it! These two love birds were absolutely a dream to take photos of at the gorgeous Club Lake Plantation in a beautiful town called Apopka, Florida. This venue was just to die for! All the southern feels you can get--you'll find right here! Check it out for yourself ;) Shout out to Jax Fifth Avenue for rocking their hair-dos and making these ladies look extra special! Dena did her own makeup, well because she's AMAZING! Her stunning wedding gown is from the one and only David's Bridal!

Noelle + Travis

As their day has finally arrived, Noelle and her bridesmaids gathered at her family farm in Belvidere, NJ. The Wyckoff's Christmas Tree Farm has been in their family for many generations since 1839 and was such a special place to begin her big day. This vintage farm home was so picturesque it added the perfect touch to her rustic wedding. A huge shout out to Alisha Nycole + CO for their wonderful hair and makeup services. These girls looked GORGEOUS! On the other side of town Travis, with his groomsmen gathered at The Grand Eastonian Hotel in Easton, PA to get ready to marry the love of his life. This historic charm hotel had the perfect city view on the perfect sunny day! Finally the moment arrived. The girls pulled up in their party bus at The Riverview County Club as Travis and the guys anxiously awaited for it to be 6:30 PM. Their friends and family have gathered and started filling up the seats that Noelle + Travis will look out into as they recite their vows to one another.

Rebecca + Adrian Engaged

I am SO excited to share some of these beauties I took while photographing Rebecca + Adrian's engagement session! This is extra special because I grew up with Rebecca, going to high school with her two older brothers! Who knew I would be watching this young lady get engaged!?! It's times like these when you never know where life's going to take you! Well today life took us to Liberty State Park, New Jersey. After meeting and dating at Ramapo College, this quickly became there all time favorite place to visit. Adrian's original plan was to propose here before he decided to get down on one knee in Memphis, Tennessee while on vacation! This day was PERFECT! We woke up early for a nice sunrise and we had the boardwalk to ourself....minus a couple early rise runners ;) The train station was beautiful and there was something SO very peaceful about it being empty. Friends & family save the date! This is going to be one amazing wedding!

Teresa + John

October 8, 2016 the happiest day for Teresa + John. I was thrilled to be here celebrating their love for each other and capturing every moment. Teresa + John met at Easter Seals working together 2nd & 3rd shift. After falling in love, John knew what he wanted to propose. John was aware how important her father was to her but unfortonately, Teresa's father had passed away. So on Valentine's Day, John took Teresa to her father's grave to visit and there he got down on one knee and with her father there in spirit, he made a promise to her that he would always love her and always take care of her. I had the pleasure of meeting Teresa and John after a mutual friend of ours had recommended me to them. We met at Starbucks for a cup of coffee and discussed their love story. From that moment, I could see how much they care for each other. Teresa and John make each other laugh and embrace each other's personality. John said his most anticipated moment about the wedding is, "seeing her walk down the aisle and realizing how much she really loves me." Teresa said, "putting on her wedding dress + seeing him waiting for me at the end of the aisle." This day meant so much for them and they couldn't wait to celebrate with family + friends. Some of the most important people there that helped make this day so special was Teresa's mom, brothers and Mrs. Fellin, John's parents, brothers and Grandma. Congratulations Teresa + John, I wish you two the world of happiness!

A Little About Me

So guys, welcome to my blog! I am excited to have you here!! I am going to be writing and talking about tons of fun stuff! I will be featuring my couples with lots of favorite images from their wedding and a little post on my bride + groom so you can get to know them better ;) I will also be sharing some tips + tricks to help make your wedding day run as smooth as possible (this is ALWAYS my brides number one concern) Plus, I will even be sharing some shooting techniques for my fellow photographers that I use to create my images! So stay tuned in :)

But.....before we get started, here's a little about me--- I don't have this cool photography career story that I read about a lot from other photographers. None of my family were photographers (or even artistic for that matter), I didn't start playing with a camera at a young age, I wasn't even involved in any photography classes through high school. So by this point you are probably wondering, than how the heck did I come to run a successful wedding photography studio? The answer - I have no clue. Just kidding----honestly? I was taught about photography at a professional photography college and I just learned to love it. I didn't know this was going to be my career. I didn't know what I wanted to do after high school. I didn't even know this is what I wanted to do when I was in college. But, I embraced it. Art always came more natural to me then Math. So my brain was always on the more artistic then technical side. I was always an emotional person and as a started to shoot I started to connect my emotions into my photographs. The more experience I got after college, I developed a style and a love for weddings. After two years of photographing portraits and weddings on the side, I figured out that weddings are my passion. So much so I decided to have one myself haha, but seriously I did. I married my wonderful hunk of a husband July 6th, 2018! We have nestled up in a little apartment in Northern New Jersey. A lot of my couple come from NJ & PA—- but we love to travel! Ask us to hit the road, we will make it happen!
